• All garment measurements may vary by approximately +/- 1-2 cm due to manual measurement, stitching, and fabric behaviour.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product without prior notice.
• Product descriptions are provided in good faith but may be updated or corrected if an error is found.

3. PRICING

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund if payment was already made.
• Promotional discounts are valid only for the specified duration and may be subject to additional terms.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

• An order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment for prepaid orders or verification for COD orders.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of being fraudulent or placed with incorrect, incomplete, or misleading details.
• We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and COD where available.
• Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment providers.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on sansevieria.in - including the brand name, logo, product photographs, product descriptions, design descriptions, graphics, website layout, and related creative assets - is the property of SANSEVIERIA and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We encourage you to contact us first at support@sansevieria.in to resolve any concern amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter may be referred to the courts specified in Section 9.

11. PLATFORM NOTICE

SANSEVIERIA's online storefront is hosted on Nushop.store. SANSEVIERIA remains responsible for products, transactions, customer support, and policies displayed for its customers.
