SANSEVIERIA ships orders across India. Free shipping is available on all orders, with no minimum order value required.

We offer free shipping on every order across India. There are no hidden shipping charges.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation or COD verification.
• Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat)

• 3-5 business days

Tier-2 and Tier-3 Cities

• 5-8 business days

Rural / Remote Areas

Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to high-demand periods, festive season, weather issues, natural events, courier constraints, or other events beyond our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can also track your order under the "Orders" section on our website, where available.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

COD is available on select orders and pincodes. Availability will be confirmed at checkout. A nominal COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout before order confirmation.

FAILED DELIVERY

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, our courier partner may attempt delivery 2-3 times. After failed attempts, the package may return to our warehouse. Re-dispatch charges may apply.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at the time of placing the order.

If COD orders are repeatedly refused, undelivered, or returned due to customer unavailability, SANSEVIERIA may restrict COD availability for future orders from the same customer, phone number, address, or account.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your package arrives with visible external damage, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

If damage is noticed after opening, report it within 48 hours with clear photos. Subject to verification, we will arrange a free pickup and offer a refund or replacement as per this policy.
