Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated total delivery time is typically 3–12 business days, depending on the destination and courier serviceability. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or outside normal processing hours may be dispatched on the next business day. Courier pickup or logistics availability, weather, festivals, high order volumes, address verification, operational disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally cause a delay.

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Approved returns are eligible for free reverse pickup where pickup service is available. Once an approved return is inspected, refunds are normally initiated within 1–2 business days; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the amount.
